Please note that bespoke designs, engraved items, and resized rings are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization and receive the correct shipping address.
Secure Your Package
Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a sturdy shipping carton with all original certificates and documentation.
Ship with Insurance
Send your item back via a tracked and insured courier service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure the parcel is protected during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our workshop will inspect the item's condition; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
